Attorney Robert McCurry began his career after graduating from Mercer University School of Law and has practiced in Dalton ever since. Meet Attorney Robert G. McCurry

Robert G. McCurry is a Dalton, Georgia trial attorney with more than 35 years of experience representing individuals, families, business owners, and companies throughout Northwest Georgia. He has prepared and tried more than 150 jury trials and handles divorce and family law, child custody, probate and estate litigation, will contests, contested probate matters, guardianships, business disputes, partnership disputes, corporate governance, and general civil litigation. A Mercer University School of Law graduate, cum laude, Robert served on the Mercer Law Review and was selected for the Order of the Coif and Brainerd Currie Honor Society. Clients work directly with him and receive candid advice, careful preparation, and experienced courtroom advocacy in Whitfield, Murray, Gordon, Bartow, Catoosa, Walker, Dade, and Gilmer Counties and surrounding Northwest Georgia communities.
